Full Swing founder, Nick Karcher, is a 20 year payments industry veteran. Starting fresh from college in the industry, Nick, learned payments from the ground up. He started out in the field building a personal portfolio processing over $750,000,000 in annual volume to leading a large sales organization managing hundreds of sales people. Nick finds his passion in building mutually beneficial partnerships and working with people to grow their business and reach their financial goals.
Nick is a proud father of 3 great kids and married to his wife Nikki. When not working you can often find him at the hockey rink or a rowing competition cheering on his kids. Nick takes that same passion for working with people into his everyday life. He is on the board at Hockey Club of St. Louis and coached in the St. Louis AAA Blues organization for 5 years. He loves nothing more than seeing the people around him win and has a strong belief of winning through the team.
Nick approaches everything in life as a high performer, someone that can help you navigate the journey you’re on.
